School for Dialogue and Co-existence in Ismailia

The Regional Center for Mediation and Dialogue has organized its first summer school for dialogue and coexistence in Ismailia governorate in Egypt, on August 1, 2014.

The school that lasted for ten days aimed at introducing and emphasizing concepts of co-existence and tolerance.

The endeavor is a joint work between RCMD and Step to Future organization, where the participants learned more about tools of conflict resolution and transformation.

The training involved building the participants' capacities in fields like negotiations and mediation; where they learned through innovative and interactive exercises like role playing and discussion forums.
